This cosy apartment is located in the hamlet of Aureggio, just 10 minutes walk, or 3 minutes drive from the historic centre of Bellagio. From the apartment’s terrace, there are amazing views of the Lecco branch of Lake Como, the beautiful port of Pescallo, the promontory of Bellagio and the mountains surrounding the lake. The main cities of Lecco, Como and Erba are within 45 minutes drive, while Milan and Bergamo are both around 1 ½ hours drive. Cultural, gastronomic and walking tours with personalized itineraries can be arranged at this property, either on a daily, or weekly basis. Swimming pools and tennis courts are available at the Bellagio Sporting Club and there are public beaches on the shores of the lake. A chef can also be arranged, or cooking lessons at your apartment. We are also able to arrange special menus and activities for children. Sample itineraries are available upon request. From the entrance gate, there are 33 steps up through the garden, then 4 steps down to reach the main entrance of the property. 19 steps then lead up to the apartment itself. Bright and newly furnished throughout, the accommodation is on two levels with the living area and a twin bedroom at ground level, and the other bedroom on the first floor. The living room is well furnished and opens to the terrace, with small table and two chairs, and beautiful lake views. There is a TV (not satellite) and a dining area. The first floor is accessed by a winding staircase with 14 steps, opening into a spacious open area with double bed and a single bed. The apartment’s charming shared garden area can also be used by guests. Heating (if required) and electricity are charged extra and payable locally.
