The main entrance to the house is down four steps from the parking area at street level (3 spaces available for the villa). Accommodation is in the main house, with four bedrooms, and a guest house, with a further two bedrooms, independently accessed from a terrace. The entire complex offers spacious, well maintained outdoor spaces on three levels, with terraces, gardens and a pool area with spectacular sea views, and lit by garden lamps in the evening. The outdoor area is full of pots of beautiful pink and red geraniums, and is divided into many comfortable sitting areas. The small terrace between the villa and the guest house, with bougainvillea covered pergola, has a barbecue and large marble dining table. A small terrace with pizza oven is just below the guest house. The other terraces are furnished with marble tables and comfortable rocking chairs, and surrounded by bougainvillea vines, palms and olive trees. About 40 steps down from the main floor is the swimming pool (8 x 4m) with pool terrace, furnished with sun loungers and a further outdoor dining area. The terrace also has two outdoor showers. A flight of steps leads down from here to a kitchen garden.
The living room has a beautiful terracotta floor, decorated in the 12 signs of the zodiac, a fireplace and is very comfortably furnished. The well equipped kitchen has a refrigerated wine ‘cellar’ with some of Italy’s top regional and national wines for guests’ enjoyment. Amenities include satellite TV, CD player, air conditioning and heating throughout and a safe in all the bedrooms.
