This lovely and unique property, full of history and charm, has an amazing location in Positano, suspended directly above the sea. It can be reached from the centre of Positano, either by sea, a quick 3 minute ride by water taxi, or by foot, which involves a 20 minute walk down a path. On the way down this path, you will pass several beach clubs and restaurants, fully equipped to spend a day relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. Water taxis run 24 hours/day, weather permitting.
The villa is divided into three parts: The Tower, the Portico and the Sirene. These three units are all connected to each other and situated on different levels, connected by staircases, and indoor and outdoor corridors. Each part of the villa evokes its historical origins, and it is furnished with beautiful antiques.
The Tower has three bedrooms, and also access to an unprotected rooftop terrace. The Portico, has two bedrooms, opening to a terrace on the first floor, and there is also an outdoor dining area on the ground floor, off the living room and kitchen, where meals can be taken while enjoying the views. Sirene has two bedrooms, and there is another dining terrace here. Because of the layout and the access, it is not a suitable property for very young children or the elderly. It is ideal for those looking for an unusual and charming villa in a wonderful seaside position, not far from the shops and restaurants of Positano. Amenities include satellite TV, as well as telephone, internet, and fax (phone/internet costs to be paid locally, based on consumption). All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers. A light lunch or dinner, depending upon the arrival time, will be offered to guests on arrival day (included in the rental price).

Ground Floor
Kitchen with refrigerator, electric oven, dishwasher, small gas burners (this kitchen unit can only be used for light meals. The main kitchen is located in the Portico unit of the property).
First Floor
Double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub.
Second Floor
Living room. Single bedroom, bathroom with bathtub.
Third Floor
Double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub and double basin. This bedroom has direct access up to the rooftop terrace of the Tower.
Portico
The Portico is accessible from the Tower, down a corridor, which connects the two areas.
Ground Floor
Portico area with dining table, ideal for outside dining. Small living room area which leads, down a corridor, to the main kitchen, equipped with an electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and gas stovetop.
First Floor
Double bedroom and single bedroom, both sharing a bathroom with shower and double basin. WC. Both bedrooms enjoy direct access out onto a terrace furnished with built-in seating with cushions and a table with chairs.
Sirene
This area of the villa is connected to the Portico unit by a pathway of steps.
First Level
Double bedroom with full bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Second Level
Single bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Third Level
Small living area with satellite TV and kitchenette with refrigerator, gas range, and microwave oven. (this kitchen can only be used for light meals). From the living area, there are stairs to a furnished covered terrace, with table and chairs.
