This beautiful property is located in Amalfi, about .2 of a mile outside the town centre. From its position on a quiet hillside, up 113 steps from the main coastal road, there are unobstructed panoramic views out over the Mediterranean Sea. There is private parking for several cars at the base of the property, and a luggage ‘elevator’ which will bring luggage/groceries etc. from the parking lot directly up to the property. There is also a great restaurant situated at the bottom of the steps leading up to the property.
The accommodation is on three floors, with two bedrooms situated on the bottom floor, three on the middle floor, and one on the top floor. Each floor has its own terrace with great views, and, divided by a flight of steps. The main entrance into the villa is on the middle floor, through a large garden terrace, with spectacular sea views, a large ceramic dining table, seating 12 and a large barbecue. There is also a sofa, chairs and an external stereo system, as well as an external shower.
Completely renovated and available for rent for the first time in 2007, the villa has hand-made ceramic tile floors, and is newly furnished throughout. The living room has a large satellite TV and DVD player, and opens directly to a terrace with fabulous sea views. The bedrooms can all be made up as double or twin beds, and all have satellite TV and air conditioning. They are all much the same size, and some open to terraces. Each bathroom has a hairdryer. There is ADSL and Wireless internet throughout, and this is charged on consumption.

The entrance to the property leads through a small studio room down a corridor, where there are 2 bedrooms, sharing a large, ceramic tile bathroom with a Jacuzzi shower and panoramic views of Amalfi. Large, open format kitchen with TV, a large, working marble fireplace, and a dining table, seating 8. The is equipped with microwave, 5 range stovetop, dishwasher, oven, espresso machine, and ‘bar’ refrigerator units (a series of small, knee-high refrigerators). The kitchen is open to the living room, with amazing views of Amalfi and the Gulf of Salerno, which opens to a terrace. The terrace is shared by the third double bedroom, which has a separate bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub.
Top Level
22 steps up from the middle floor is the top floor of the villa, which is accessed independently via a large terrace, again with great views. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and small living room with sofa and small dining table for four people.
Lower Floor
Situated down 30 steps from the middle floor, and also with a panoramic terrace with small table and 4 cast iron chairs. 2 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms with shower, and a small living room with dining room table and 4 chairs.
