This beautiful house is set in very secluded surroundings with breathtaking views over Positano, the coastline and the sea. It is a wonderful setting, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, and just 3 kilometres from the centre of Positano. Access is from a parking area, then a short walk along the main coastal road (about 200 metres), and up 174 steps, which will bring you to the entrance gate of the property. The parking area allows for private parking for 2 – 3 cars, at a cost of €120 per week. There is also a small goods’ lift from the parking area to the villa. Access to the public beach of Arienzo is down about 220 steps from the road level. Here there is a restaurant, umbrellas and sun loungers to rent, and private boats to the main beach at Positano.
The entrance to the villa leads to a delightful sun terrace on one side of the house, with magical views, and furnished for relaxing outdoors. A pretty cane-covered pergola has a marble dining table, seating 12, on a slightly raised level. The terrace leads both to the first floor accommodation or to a lovely courtyard, covered by a vine pergola with another marble table, also seating 12, and surrounded by tall cypress trees.
The villa offers very comfortable accommodation in an authentic Positano home. The interiors are spacious and have been elegantly and tastefully furnished throughout, with valuable antiques and ‘objets d’art’. The accommodation is on two floors and there are also two spacious independent studios off the courtyard. Amenities include satellite TV and underfloor heating, making this property a good choice for out of season rentals as well.

Maid service included 5 hours a day, Monday to Friday. Linen change twice a week. Food delivery service, personal laundry service, babysitter, cot and highchair are available at extra cost.
