This outstandingly beautiful and luxurious villa is situated right on the coast just one kilometre from the centre of Positano. From the villa and its terraces there are wonderful views to Positano, the coast and over the sea to the island of Capri in the distance. It is the perfect spot for a purely relaxing holiday or as a base for cultural excursions.
The accommodation is on two levels with terraces at both levels to take full advantage of the views. The rooms are elegantly furnished with a mix of antique and contemporary furniture. The tiled floors are hand painted and there are beautiful works of modern art throughout the villa. There is air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms, as well as ceiling fans, and there is also a wall safe in the master bedroom. Further amenities include satellite television, VHS, hi-fi, phone and fax with private line for guests. An ADSL line and modem is at guests’ disposal for fast internet connections.The three first floor bedrooms all open to a terrace or balcony, while the living/sitting and dining rooms open to a wonderful pergola covered terrace furnished with comfortable wicker sofas and armchairs. To one side of this is a dining terrace, under an arbour of lemon trees, perfect for lunch or romantic candlelit dinners.
From the dining terrace, a staircase, shaded by a bougainvillea covered pergola, leads down through the terraced gardens to the sea, where on the lowest level, there is a sun bathing and swimming dock. At the dock level, there is a table and deck chairs, sun loungers and an open air shower. The dock has a diving platform and a ladder to facilitate access into/from the water. This is also used as a boat landing and water taxis, boat rental and water skiing can be arranged on request. There is a further sitting area within the garden, as well as a table tennis table and a barbecue. A plant-filled courtyard outside the house has a marble dining table for breakfast, and also a ‘gym corner’ with exercise bike, bench with weights and a step machine. In addition, there is a professional massage table and a masseur can be arranged on request. Children under 12 years on request, and no pets allowed. The property is accessed from the Positano/Amalfi main road, either by a private staircase with 190 steps, or by a small pathway leading down, with 30 steps.

Maid service is included 6 days a week from 8 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
A cook is included 6 days a week from midday to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
A waiter is included 6 days a week from 8 a.m. - midday for the gardens and dock, and from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. for dinner.
If extra staff hours are needed, the extra time will be charged at 10 euros per hour per member of staff. Food and beverages are charged according to consumption. |
