La Regatta is perfectly located, in the centre of Amalfi, close to the central square, Piazza Duomo, with its cathedral, and within an easy walk of shopping facilities, bars and restaurants. Access to the apartment is up approximately 120 steps (3 minutes walk) from the main square.
The interiors are simply furnished in a modern style and is particularly light, airy and peaceful. There are magnificent views to the sea and the port of Amalfi to the front and, from the side balcony, there is a view towards the cathedral bell tower. The living room and the bedroom both have French doors opening to a small, panoramic balcony. Amenities include TV (Italian channels only) and air conditioning in the bedroom.
A small mezzanine/attic room has a further two small single beds, so is suitable either for couples, or a family with two small children. It is ideal for those not wanting to drive as everything is within a five minute walk. Guests with cars can use the public parking at the port (approximately 18 euros per day). Porter service for luggage can be booked and is payable locally.
