Yria villa is set in a quiet, secluded location, on a hillside close to Parasporos Bay, just 10 minutes from Parikia town centre and port. Surrounded by two acres of fragrant gardens, and benefitting from spectacular sunset views, it provides an idyllic retreat. Parasporos Beach is about 1500 metres away, and the charming white-washed village and port at Naoussa, around 20 minutes drive.
The accommodation is in a main villa, converted from an old mansion, and a small cottage, built from local stone. It is possible to rent the villa with or without the cottage accommodation. The villa comprises 420 m2, with wooden and marble floors, beautifully decorated and furnished throughout. It has four spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a dining room, a comfortable living room and an open-plan kitchen, where guests can prepare meals using the villa’s own organic products. The rooms open to terraces, one of which has a lap pool and a second pool with Jacuzzi. The independent cottage, built of local stone, has a comfortable bedroom, living room, kitchenette, spacious bathroom and a shaded verandah with sea views. Amenities include plasma televisions with satellite, DVD player and a selection of films, and wi-fi internet access. The bedrooms have feather duvets and pillows, and the bathrooms provided with Apivita natural toiletries.
Although set apart, the villa is part of luxury resort and guests are able to take advantage of the resort facilities, including a gourmet restaurant, tennis court and fitness hall. Daily maid service is included and a full breakfast each morning, as well as car hire for the entire stay and a one full day boat trip around the island of Paros. A chef, masseuse and other staff are available upon request.
