Situated just 800 metres from Kolimbithres beach, this lovely complex of one main villa and three guest bungalows enjoys magnificent views from its terraces, stretching out over the bay towards the picturesque village of Naoussa, just 3 kms away. Agios Yannis beach is less than 2 kilometres. Both Kolimbithres and Agios Yannis beaches offer watersports and have tavernas. There are also tennis courts at two of the closest hotels, about 2 kilometres away.
Set within a large walled garden of vines, flowers and olive trees, there is a shared 12 metre swimming pool and there is also ample shaded parking. The villa and bungalows, each has its own fully fitted kitchen or kitchenette, comfortable sitting room and private sun terrace. All are fully air conditioned and have TV, radio and CD players.
The layout of the complex means that they have the flexibility to be rented separately, or together for a group of up to 14 people. If rented as a whole, Villa Kamares offers guests the benefit of friends and family being able to holiday together, yet retain a degree of independence. If rented individually, they are arranged in such a way that each has a private outdoor space. During July and August, the accommodation must be rented all together for larger groups, rather than separately.
