This very secluded property sits in a superb position on a hillside above Lia Beach on the east coast of the island, with fantastic sea and countryside views. Lia Beach, about 2 kms from the house, is a beautiful, remote, sandy beach, equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs and a selection of beach bars.
The villa comprises a main house and a guest house with separate entrance. The property is surrounded by a garden, with flowers and palm trees and many outdoor spaces, including an infinity swimming pool, just below the main front terrace. The rooms open to spacious terraces at the front with glorious sea views.
The interiors are bright, white and very spacious, decorated and furnished in a minimalist style, and with modern fittings. There are five bedrooms in the main house, all of equal quality, open to patios, and all can be made up as either twin or double beds. A guest house, on the lower (swimming pool) level, sleeps an additional 6 people. The main house and guest house have to be rented together during July and August, but at other months, the main house can be rented on its own. Amenities at the property include satellite TV, DVD, CD machine and air conditioning. All twin bedrooms can be made up as double beds on request.

The guest house has one upper level bedroom with sea view terrace, and two others on a lower level. One has pool terrace access and the other has a side access to the garden and pool. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, opening to the garden and pool area.
