The white marble and turquoise water swimming pool is in a wonderful position overlooking the sea, and is surrounded by a terrace furnished with stylish teak deck chairs and comfortable patio benches. There is also a giant chess table corner, and an outdoor dining area with barbecue, ideal for entertaining.
The superb living area features original works of art, art books, white furnishings and light airy curtains. Equipment includes a CD machine and wi-fi internet access. The spacious and charming master bedroom, with separate entrance from the terrace, benefits from sea views, as does the guest double bedroom on the first floor, which is reached by an external staircase. Two more spacious bedrooms and a small self-contained studio suited for teenagers, both with separate entrance, are found on the lower level of the house (restricted views). There is air conditioning in the master bedroom and in the studio bedrooms.
