The main feature of this beautiful property is its huge swimming pool, surrounded by a spacious terrace, with several pergolas providing shade, and all encircled by a very well maintained garden filled with Mediterranean plants. The pool features a shallower end for children’s safe swimming as well as a deeper end for adults and diving. The pool area is equipped with elegant rattan lounge sofas and sun chairs. The traditional wood fire BBQ and the outdoor pool-bar areas offer plenty of space and are ideal for endless hours of dining and relaxing during daytime and the evenings.
The interiors are a combination of modern style and Greek Island tradition. On the ground floor, the ultra modern and fully equipped kitchen opens to the main entrance hall and to the formal dining area, with its very high ceilings and large windows. The adjacent grand living room is elegantly furnished in cream, decorated with local artwork and equipped with the latest entertainment equipment, including satellite TV, DVD and CD machine, and wi-fi internet access.There are four bedrooms in the main villa, and three studio apartments, accessed independently from the pool level. The three bedrooms on the upper floor of the main villa have air conditioning.
