The Out of the Blue Capsis Elite Resort is a 5 star resort complex, consisting of two main hotel buildings and three private neighbourhoods, with a choice of accommodation ranging from hotel rooms, suites, bungalows, maisonettes and villas. Emerald Villa, in an exclusive location in the middle of the peninsula and near the sea, is the ultimate residence of the Divine Thalassa area of the resort. With stunning views to the Aegean Sea, its privacy is ensured by surrounding high walls. The grand entrance leads to a foyer with a billiard and bar area, and a luxurious and stylish sitting area and dining room, and separate kitchen. Large glass doors open to the private indoor and outdoor temperature-controlled pools, surrounded by lush gardens. A grand staircase leads to the first floor with master bedroom with a round bed, with fibre-optic lighting, and a bathroom and gym area with hamman. There is also a twin bedroom and a further staff bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms. Filled with character, the villa features contemporary European décor, with eccentric orange and green colours and touches of gold and silver furniture.
