Thalassa Villas consists of six luxury villas, situated on the seafront, just 3 minutes walk away from the 5-star resort hotel, St. Nicolas Bay Hotel. Although independent from the hotel grounds, guests are able to use the hotel facilities including five different restaurants, cafes, exquisite Elemis spa, a large pool and children’s supervised mini-club. Watersports and scuba diving can also be arranged on request. The hotel has business facilities (laptop, fax and printer) and can offer room service for breakfast, a chef at your villa, babysitting and delivery of daily newspapers, at extra charge. For a supplementary charge, an optional American buffet breakfast is available each morning at the Club House Terrace Restaurant at the hotel. The hotel also has a gym which can be used by villa guests free of charge.
The villas offer the best of all worlds, independence yet with use of hotel facilities, and a seafront location, with a stone pathway leading down to the sea for swimming off the rocks, as well as the luxury of your own private, seawater swimming pool with hydro-massage. The private terraces have both sunny and shaded areas and are furnished with sun loungers, dining areas and a barbecue. It is possible to walk to nearby Agios Nikolaos along the waterfront to dine out, or shop and have a coffee overlooking the lake and the harbour.
There are three different types of villas available, four Thalassa 3-bedroom villas, the 3-bedroom Anemos House, and the 4-bedroom Olive House. The interiors offer individually controlled central air conditioning in all rooms and bedrooms, satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and internet connection. Hairdryers, bathrobes and slippers are provided in the bathrooms, as well as beach towels. The villas have all have well equipped kitchens, including oven with four hotplates, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine. They are also equipped with iron and ironing board, clothes washing machine and a safe. A welcome fruit basket with mineral water and wine awaits guests upon arrival, and baby cots are available at no extra charge. Daily maid service is provided and there is 24 hour security service. Minimum stay is 5 – 7 nights, depending on the season.

The four Thalassa 3-bedroom villas have a master bedroom with en-suite marble bathroom and a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, sharing one bathroom with shower. They comfortably sleep up to 5 adults and 1 child in sofa bed, plus 1 small child in baby cot.
The Anemos House, also has a master bedroom with en-suite marble bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and a twin bedroom and single bedroom, sharing one bathroom with shower, plus a gym room, hammam (steam bath) and semi-open Air-Massage cabin for spa treatments. It sleeps up to 5 adults and 1 child on a sofa-bed, plus 1 small child in a baby cot.
The 4-bedroom Olive House has a master bedroom with en-suite marble bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, and a twin bedroom and single bedroom, sharing one bathroom with shower. It sleeps up to 7 adults and 1 child in sofa bed, plus 1 small child in baby cot.
