This newly built villa is situated on the edge of two villages, Nadur and Quala. Nadur, the second largest village on the island, after Victoria, has a busy central square with two banks, groceries, a pharmacy and local village market every Wednesday. The baroque church here dominates Nadur’s skyline and is one of Gozo’s best Baroque architectural masterpieces. Qala is a quieter village with church, restaurants, grocery and pharmacy. It is on the way to Hondoq Rummien bay, which is accessed by a long winding road, passing a chapel on the way. Other interesting places of interest to visit nearby include the Kenuna and San Blas towers and a Maritime museum. The coast, with Ramla Bay, arguably the best beach on Gozo, is just 2 kms away, and the small coves of San Blas and Dahlet Qorrot, 3 kms away, both perfect for snorkelling.
The accommodation is all on one level and there are stunning views to the sea. Entrance to t he property is through a gate to the terrace with swimming pool and an outdoor dining area with stone barbecue. Four steps lead up to a raised part of the terrace with sunloungers, from where the sea views can be enjoyed.
The interiors are very spacious and newly decorated and furnished. Traditional archways link the open-plan living areas and kitchen. Amenities include cable TV and DVD player.
