This traditional farmhouse is tucked away in a small road, just a few minutes walk from the village square in Gharb. Gharb means ‘west’ and this typical old Gozitan village, dating back centuries, is situated in the west of the Island. You can see its ancient roots in the centre of the village where some houses have fine example of decorated stone balconies. The village square has a large church, a folklore museum a grocer’s and a football bar which serves light meals and pizzas. There is another restaurant, Savina to the right of church approximately 5 minutes walk away.
Entrance to the house is via a small courtyard, with traditional tiles. On a slightly higher level, up a few steps is the swimming pool area. There is also a furnished terrace right at the top of the house, with stone BBQ and dining area . Up a further set of three stone steps is another sunny terrace with wonderful countryside and sea views.
The traditional interiors with exposed stone walls and arches, also have an oriental theme to the furnishings. Amenities include under floor heating, air conditioning and cable TV. There is garage parking for one car.

Next door is a utility room with washing machine, butler style sink, iron and board. Master bedroom with large four poster oriental style bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables, a storage chest and street views. 3 steps up lead to an en suite bathroom with WC and basin. Up the external stairs, to the left is a twin bedroom with wardrobe, bedside tables and street views. Next door is a shower room with WC and basin. Living room, with cosy sofas and chairs and a small archway leading to the dining area. A larger archway leads to kitchen with oven, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and butler style sink.
First Floor
A wrought iron spiral staircase leads to a bunk bed room with wardrobe, chest drawers, with a cane room divider separating the shower cubicle, WC and basin.
