San Lawrenz is a small charming village on the western part of Gozo, close to the bay of Dwejra, and 4 kilometres from the main town of Victoria. Dar Ta Lippu is a traditional farmhouse siituated in the heart of the village within walking distance of the main square, which has a church, restaurant and grocery. It is also just 5 minutes walk from a 5 star hotel with restaurants and spa, the local craft centre and another grocery. Dwejra Bay is within 15 minutes walk down a winding road , or approximately 5 minutes by car. It offers both a pebble beach, or rock swimming, and unique rock formations, including the famous Azure Window. The main car park at Dwejra has many tourist facilities, including the selling of local tourist wares and a café serving drinks and snacks.
Entrance to the property is through a gate, and up approximately six stone steps to the pool area, with furnished terrace. There is a garden area to the left hand side with shrubs, and a dining area with a stone BBQ near to the pool.
Access to the house is down approximately 10 steps to a living/dining room with a large cable TV, DVD player, a sofa, two chairs and dining table. In the corner of the living room is a wrought iron spiral staircase leading to the first floor, which can also be accessed by external stairs near the main entrance. At this level there is another living area with sofa and chairs, and large windows overlooking the pool terrace. There are two bedrooms at ground floor level and three bedrooms on the first floor, as well as another small terrace.
