This traditional farmhouse, finished to the highest of standards is situated in the quiet farming village of Munxar, 15 minutes walk from both the village of Sannat and popular Xlendi Bay. Munxar offers two groceries and a local centre with snack bar and village church. Until the mid 20th century, Xlendi was a small fishing port and a restful summer resort for a few locals and Maltese and still retains its authenticity with Colourful fishing boats and fishermen mending nets, as well as local artisans making the famous hand-made lace. Tourists and locals alike enjoy relaxing in the bars and restaurants along the sea front, or in the side streets off the seafront.
At the front of the house is a lovely terrace with outdoor dining area and stone barbecue. Archways lead from here to the swimming pool terrace with large pool. An adjacent garden area has a stone table and seats, and benefits from views over the countryside. At first floor level there is also a sunny terrace overlooking the pool terrace.
The interiors are delightful and very well furnished. The large living room has stone seating as well as a wrought iron sofa and chairs, Door open from here to the pool terrace. Amenties include a music system, cable TV, and DVD player. The arched living room, leads via another archway to the kitchen/dining room with many traditional stone units. The first floor is accessed by internal or external stone staircases.
