This villa is situated on the outskirts of the quaint village of Sannat, near Xlendi Bay in southern Gozo. The village is known for its traditional lace making and also for its ornate carved stone balconies. Centred around its 18th century church, it is a quiet village with a bank, grocer, band club and pizzeria in the main square. There are three restaurants within a three minute walk of the villa, as well as a spa. For a larger choice of restaurants and shops, the main town of Victoria is just a ten minute drive away. The area is also known for its scenic walks along the cliffs, a nature trail and summertime village fiestas.
Casetta Djar Ta Menzja is one of three houses next to each other, built around 10 years ago.
Access is via its own driveway, with wrought iron gates, and parking for two cars. At ground floor level, there is a covered terrace with outdoor seating and from here, a pathway leads to the swimming pool and an outdoor dining area with barbecue, surrounded by shrubs and flowers.
The accommodation is all on one level with three bedrooms, and an open plan living/dining room and kitchen. Equipment includes cable TV and DVD player.
