VILLA L'ESCALET

This brand new villa sits in a beautiful hillside position overlooking the bay at l’Escalet. Plage de l’Escalet, 3 minutes walk away, is a quieter and more secluded beach on the south side of Cap Camaret, The charming hilltop village of Ramatuelle is 6 kms away and the larger centre of St. Tropez, 10 kms.

Entrance to the property is by electric gate, down a short driveway to the house and parking area. The house is on two levels, with the rooms opening to terraces at the front at both levels, with sea views. You can hear the sound of the sea from all the rooms.

On the lower level is a swimming pool (10 x 5m). At the rear of the villa is a vine-covered terrace with dining area and barbecue. The rooms are newly decorated in bright, warm colours and furnished throughout to a high standard. The spacious living room has exposed ceiling beams and opens to the terrace with sea views. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV and DVD.
