A number of large terraces surround the villa, which are accessible from all of the ground floor rooms. There is a large covered dining and seating area on one of the terraces from which one can enjoy dining outdoors or simply relaxing, whilst enjoying the spectacular views over the countryside or towards the sea. The attractive pool [12x5] area is positioned slightly further away from the dining terrace and house.

The house has been decorated throughout in a sophisticated Venetian style using marble to great effect and with an eye to detail. The interiors have been furnished to a very high and sophisticated standard. Amenities include satellite TV and wi-fi internet accesss. The pool can be heated on request. This is a villa that is ideal for a small group wanting to be within easy reach of St Tropez, whilst holidaying in style and living in a quiet secluded area.

Large entrance hall leading to a spacious living and dining room with large windows opening to the terraces. Between the indoor and outside dining areas there is a large fully equipped modern kitchen, that includes; breakfast bar, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave and espresso machine. There is also one double bedroom with queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and windows opening onto one of the terraces. Between floors there is a large and very impressive staircase.

First Floor
Large master bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, private balcony and satellite TV. Twin bedded bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, which can be accessed from the Master bedroom. Double bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom.

Obligatory maid service 15 hours a week, payable locally.
