On the hilly and for the most part wooded peninsula 12kms to the south of St Tropez, lies the picturesque hill village of Ramatuelle, which has many superb views, surrounded by pine woods. A very pretty medieval village, now sophisticated, is well worth exploring with beautifully maintained and restored streets. There are numerous beaches nearby, including Pampelone. Summer Sky has it’s own helicopter landing area on the green near the villa making easy access for those who enjoy a quick arrival or getaway.
This magnificent property set in the middle of 3,5 hectares of green land planted with Mediterranean trees with beautiful sea views. The villa has a large entrance hall with open plan living room, dining room and reading corner. Large windows opening on each side of the House with on the front, a large terrace with dining area and covered sitting area. The 13 x 6 m pool can be heated on request, with a jet stream option. The pool is also fenced for the security of the children and a large tiled terraced all around with loungers. Children playground with swings and slide and Wendy house are all part of the available extras in the lovely grounds.
A relaxing round sitting area on the side of the terrace with pull out cinema screen and outdoor fully equipped kitchen with gas barbecue, wine fridge, ice making machine and dishwasher, are at your disposal. Table tennis, Playstation and Wii consoles are available for those indoor evenings. On the ground floor, at the back of the lounge is a TV room with glass roof veranda with air conditioning. An office area with dominating views of the garden and sea, have Wifi access and a safe. 2 members of staff are living in the guardian’s house below the Villa.
