Located just beyond Cavalaire-sur-mer, in a small hamlet of around 10 houses, overlooking the sea and the islands of Port Cros, Porquerolles and Ile du Levant this pretty house is at the end of a small road and lies completely hidden from the outside world. From the grounds of the property, there is a path which leads to the sheltered sandy beach, which is a leisurely 7 minute walk away.
There is a small attractive garden that enjoys complete calm and privacy. The property above all else enjoys the most fantastic panoramic views of the sea. The plunge pool, with hydro-massage function is gated from the terrace and situated on an upper level with a few steps, which would present no danger for children. There are comfortable loungers, tables and chairs for relaxing or dining outside. The house is decorated and furnished in a very pleasing and welcoming Provençal chic style.
The house has 2 parking areas on either end of the property so there is plenty of space for cars. Features include internet access, DVD, Hi-Fi and Plancha.

Ground Floor
On the ground floor, there is a large open-plan large kitchen/dining area with long table and chairs seating comfortably 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, double fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, marble sink and coffee machine. There is a laundry room at the back of the kitchen with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen/dining area is followed by the living room with an attractive fireplace, TV, comfortable sofas and chairs overlooking the terrace.
First Floor
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size double bed with separate bathroom opposite with bath, double washbasin and separate WC. Second bedroom has a double queen size bed with separate bathroom opposite with shower; washbasin and WC. The third bedroom has a standard double bed with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC. The fourth bedroom is the Master bedroom with king size bed and sun terrace, which can be covered by a large canopy in the summer, it has an en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and separate WC.
Guest House
There is separate accommodation to the side of the house which has 2 bedrooms that can either intercommunicate or be totally separate, as both bedrooms have outdoor access and terraces.
The first bedroom has a king size bed and en- suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. The bedroom leads to a studio which has with small kitchen and double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, double washbasin and WC.
