This very pretty villa has magnificent views across the hills and vineyards towards the Chateau de Grimaud. It is extremely comfortable; furnished and decorated in a welcoming Provençal style and would be an ideal family holiday base for those wanting a quiet and peaceful setting, yet within easy driving distance of St Tropez beaches, restaurants and hilltop villages. The property is located in an attractive small residential area on the outskirts of the village and benefits from real privacy. There is a fresh food stall close to the house, which sells the most wonderful; fruit, vegetables, local honey, farm eggs and home-cured ham. Also look out for the Summer Open-Air Music Festival, called La Grimaldine, which occurs every Tuesday night between mid July to mid August and which is a lot of fun.
The villa built on one level, has a spacious and welcoming, open-plan lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with French windows opening onto the pretty terrace with outdoor dining area well-kept, attractive garden and 9 x 4.5m alarmed pool (heated on request), from which one can see the Chateau de Grimaud, that sits atop of the village. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Separate Guest WC in the corridor leading to the two double bedrooms.
There are 3 good sized bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms, one is a 160cm bed and one is a 140cm bed, sharing 1 large bathroom with bath, shower and WC. There is a twin bedroom, with 2 beds of 90cm that can be made into a double bed, with en-suite shower room and WC.
