This lovely beachside property is situated right at L’Escalet Beach, with great sea views. The beach, which has both rocky and sandy areas can be accessed directly from the front garden, via a small access road. L’Escalet is a quieter beach than Pampelonne, but just a short drive away to the beaches and restaurants here, and also close to the charming medieval village of Ramatuelle.
There is a real feeling of beachside living here, with all the front rooms opening to terraces, with covered and uncovered seating areas and a dining area with built-in barbecue, overlooking the pool and garden, while enjoying the beautiful sea views. The swimming pool (5 x 10) is on a slightly lower level, surrounded by a terrace, and a lawned garden with large palm tree, shrubs and flower beds. There is an outdoor shower on the pool terrace and the pool is alarmed for the safety of young children.
The interiors are very tasteful and charming, with white walls and neutral coloured fabrics in beige and cream. Amenities include satellite TV, and phone/fax. Two of the four bedrooms have single beds, and one of these is really only suitable for a child. This property offers a very comfortable holiday base for a family wanting to be able to walk to the beach, yet retreat to the privacy of their own garden and pool. There is off street parking and garage with washing machine.
