Access is by a 1.4 kilometre sealed road and there is garage parking. The 3.5 hectare estate is surrounded by vineyards, olive, fig and cherry trees, and an oak and pine forest.
The accommodation (330 m2) is all on one level and the four bedrooms in the main house all open to terraces. An adjacent guest house has accommodation for an additional two people.
