La Maison des Pins is a very pretty smaller property, sleeping up to six people, and set in a quiet, tranquil location among pine trees, just three kilometres from the charming village of Paradou. At the heart of the Les Alpilles region, it is a conveniently close to Maussane, Les Baux de Provence, St. Rémy, Arles and the Camargue.
To the front of the house is a terraced garden with fruit and olive trees and, to one side, a swimming pool (10 x 4m, step access) from where there are lovely views over the surrounding countryside. The accommodation is in two parts, with the living area and one of the bedrooms opening to a furnished terrace and the garden. A covered terrace to one side connects the two parts of the accommodation and also serves as a charming covered dining area with barbecue, ideal for enjoying all meals outdoors during the summer months. The other two bedrooms are off this terrace, separate to the main accommodation.
The rooms are very tastefully decorated with the exposed ceiling beams painted white and the walls in a ‘washed’ effect in soft Provençal colours. The furnishings are also typically Provençal with pretty bedspreads and cushions in muted creams and browns. Amenities include satellite television, internet access, stereo, washing machine and dryer.
