The living room overlooks rue du Cherche Midi, well known for its beautiful shops and street life, and a short walk away is the famous Bon Marché department store. By exploring the narrow side streets, you will find a wealth of fine restaurants, boutiques and antique shops. Every corner has its café (the famous Flore and Deux Magots cafés are close by), while at night there are several stylish bars, including L’Alcazar and the Armani Café. At the rue de Buci local open air market, you will enjoy choosing your favourite fresh fruit, vegetables and cheeses.
The entire building - architecture, decoration and furnishing - were all renovated to a very high standard in September 2005. The common parts of the building (entrance, hallway, staircase and lift) are all maintained to the highest of standards.
