This 4th floor studio apartment, located on the corner of rue du Temple and rue de Bretagne, is in a fantastic part of the Marais. The rue de Bretagne is home to a wonderful daily food market, the Marché des Enfants Rouges, not to mention some of Paris’ best boulangeries, small épiceries and traiteurs. The narrow Marais streets are filled with a wide range of boutiques, galleries, cafés and restaurants. It is just a short walk to both the Picasso and Carnavalet Museums and the Place des Vosges, and a little further will bring you to the Pompidou Centre, the Louvre, the Seine the Notre Dame, and the Ile St. Louis. Renovated throughout in 2004, the interior has been decorated and furnished in art-déco style. The room is very bright and quiet with two tall double-glazed French windows overlooking the Parisian rooftops. The hundred year old parquet floorboards have been coloured a subtle greyish beige and the walls painted beige, as a backdrop to bright modern touches.
