The property consists of the main house with three bedrooms, and the guest house below the pool level with two bedrooms.
Fully air-conditioned throughout and with underfloor heating in winter, the interior of the main house is stylish and contemporary. The open-plan living area is on a raised floor with large sliding glass doors onto an expansive exterior terrace with views of the sea and surrounding natural bush. The exterior terrace has a long dining table that seats ten, comfortable wicker loungers and sun parasols. Steps lead down to the pool and surrounding deck with ten sun loungers and sun parasols. There are also electric sockets around the pool area if you wish to connect your computer.
Internally, there is a spacious living room with comfortable leather loungers, a glass-fronted fireplace, a plasma satellite TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi internet access. Behind the living room is a separate study/TV room with a second plasma satellite TV and DVD player. The very well equipped modern kitchen is divided from the dining area by a bar. The dining table seats ten people; this room also has glass sliding doors onto the terrace area and enjoys the fantastic views. Steps from the living area lead to the three bedrooms and bathrooms which are on the ground level of the main house. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The guest house consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, vanity unit and WC; it has also a separate living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, TV and garden views.
