This traditional Provençal villa has a fabulous hillside position with views over the countryside to the sea in the distance. It is situated in the quartier of St Anne, just 2 kilometres to the west of Grasse. A boulangerie, supermarket and a bar are all within a 10 minute walk, and the beach is approximately 25 minutes drive.
The rooms at the front of the house open to a huge terrace with a sitting area under a pergola and an outdoor dining area, with teak dining table (seating 10) and a gas barbecue. Steps lead down from here to the swimming pool (10 x 5m, with child alarm), and the garden. The swimming pool can be heated on request, at extra charge.
The spacious and light rooms are well equipped, including Wi-Fi internet access, flat screen TV with satellite channels (BBC, CNN), DVD player, CD player and both air conditioning and central heating. The rooms are decorated and furnished very tastefully in neutral colours. The upstairs bedroom opens to a balcony with sea views, and the other main bedroom downstairs, in the new extension area of the house, opens to a terrace on three sides.
