The location is private, down a road just below the village and there is garage parking for one car. From the property and its terraces, there are views over the countryside to the sea and the Iles des Lérins in the distance.
Built into a hillside, the property is on several levels, connected by stone steps and gravel pathways, illuminated at night. To one side of the villa, on a lower level, is a swimming pool (11.5 x 5.5m) surrounded by a furnished sun terrace. On a level just above the pool is a beautifully maintained garden with flowering plants, while, just below the pool is a charming outdoor dining area, under the shade of a mimosa tree. A path through lemon trees leads to a summer kitchen equipped with a gas stove, fridge, sink and a further dining area, seating six people.
The accommodation is on four levels, with many of the rooms opening to terraces with views to the Bay of Cannes. The family room/TV room opens to a dining terrace, great for evening meals while enjoying the views of the lights over Cannes. Amenities include satellite TV (including BBC and CNN), DVD, a baby grand piano and stereo CD player. Because of the steep nature of the property and steps, it is not suitable for children under the age of 8 years.
