This private villa is set high up in an exclusive private estate, near Antibes, with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and facing south. The estate is established and secure and if offers 15 tennis courts, an Olympic size pool, restaurant and a small commercial centre, and two lakes, all less than a 5 minute drive from the house. There is also an ‘ecole maternelle’, for those staying longer with small children.
The house has its own private infinity pool (11 x 5m) and a small lawned garden. Just outside the house and facing the pool is a covered terrace with barbecue and outdoor dining table.
This is the owner’s principal residence and is furnished with antiques, paintings and objets d’art. There is private parking and the house has air conditioning/central heating throughout. The pool can also be heated on request. Wifi internet access is included in the rental price.
