It has a small mini-market and two traditional coffee shops. The larger village of Kathikas, with its selection of excellent tavernas, a small supermarket and bank, is only 2 kilometres away. A 20 minute drive north will bring you to the charming small town of Polis and the seaside resort of Latchi, and a 20 minute drive south, to the well known sandy beach at Coral Bay.
The villa has been built using natural stone and wood wherever possible and this, combined with the earthy tones used for the interior decoration, gives a relaxed and calm ambience. The master bedroom on the first floor has a large private balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The en-suite shower room has a body jet massage system with steam facility, complete with radio, foot massager and aromatherapy steam option. Further amenities include air conditioning/heating, satellite television (limited English channels), DVD player and CD player.
The swimming pool (8 x 4m, walk-in steps) is surrounded by a large sun terrace with sun beds and umbrellas, from where you can enjoy the magnificent views. Please note that there are some drops beyond the property boundary, protected by only a low perimeter wall, making this villa unsuitable for children under the age of 12 years.
