This beautiful villa is situated in the charming hillside village of Peyia, in a quiet cul-de-sac, with stunning views overlooking the coastline stretching from Paphos to Coral Bay. Peyia has a quiet and relaxing ambience compared with the bustle of nearby Paphos and is a great place to while away a relaxing lunchtime with a plateful of meze and a cold bottle of local wine or beer. For those looking for more action, there are a number of local companies offering activities such as go-karting and paragliding; otherwise it's a just a 5 minute drive to sandy Coral Bay beach with its shallow waters, many tavernas and large choice of watersports. In the evenings, Peyia village also comes alive with its taverna tables offering an abundance of mezes and fresh fish dishes.
The interiors of the villa are tasteful and stylish throughout, furnished with pieces from the owner’s travels throughout Japan, Indonesia and other parts of Asia. The large family room/dining room is open plan to the kitchen. A stone archway leads to the living room furnished in rich, earth tones of terracotta, cream and brown and with satellite television and VCR. All rooms have ceiling fans as well as air conditioning/heating.
The four bedrooms are split into pairs at either end of the villa, making it ideal for two families holidaying together. Doors open from the living room, dining room and both double bedrooms to the poolside terrace with swimming pool (10 x 5m). Furnished with sun loungers, and a poolside shower, the terrace is bordered by colourful gardens with bougainvillea, geraniums and jasmine. There is also an outdoor dining area under a shady pergola (barbecue supplied) and steps leading up to a furnished roof terrace, with panoramic sea views.
