This luxurious holiday villa is situated in the Coral Bay/Sea Caves area in a peaceful location next to a small banana plantation. Following a road through the banana plantations for 800 metres, you reach the unique sea caves, The nearby Arkamas peninsula, the only natural park on Cyprus, offers unique scenery and beautiful unspoilt beaches, its clear waters ideal for snorkelling and diving. The traditional village of Peyia is close by and, Coral Bay with its wide choice of tavernas and watersports opportunities can be reached in a couple of minutes drive. There are two non-member golf courses, Tsada Golf Club and Secret Valley Golf Club, approximately 25 minutes and 35 minutes respectively from the property.
The villa offers great views over the countryside to the sea from the bar on its large upper terrace. Close to the house is a sun terrace with swimming pool (10 x 5m) with walk-in steps. There is also an outdoor dining area and built-in barbecue. Use of a luxury sauna and Jacuzzi room is available at extra charge (see price list).
The spacious and modern interiors are finished and furnished to a high standard, ideal for a family or group of friends. Amenities include air conditioning/heating units in the bedrooms and living room, a hi-fi and a baby cot and high chair. The owner prefers a Saturday changeover day, but other days will be considered on request.
