Castle Villa enjoys a unique position on a hilltop, with beautiful, dramatic views over the Mediterranean Sea. Approached by a long, partially unsealed driveway it is completely private and cannot be overlooked. We recommend rental of a 4x4 vehicle both for accessing the property and exploring the surrounding countryside. Argaka is a beautiful, unspoilt village on the west coast, known for its many orchards, deserted beaches and clear waters. The pretty town of Polis is just a 5 minute drive from the property, centred around its pedestrianised piazza with daily market selling the best local produce. In the evening, the market stalls are replaced with restaurant tables displaying an appetising choice of meze and fresh local fish.
This luxurious property is surrounded by gardens from which there are uninterrupted views of the sea and the mountains. The swimming pool is approximately 35 feet long and has an overflow feature. The surrounding terrace is furnished with sun beds, pool shower, outdoor dining area, a pergola, and a traditional stone-built barbecue and clay oven.
The open-plan living/dining room and kitchen have cool terracotta floor tiles, rustic beamed ceilings, and doors opening to the pool area. The living room has a satellite television, hi-fi with CD player, DVD and X-Box entertainment system with 100 children’s interactive video games. All the bedrooms have TV and air conditioning/heating units. The two double bedrooms on the first floor have magnificent 4-poster beds with luxurious colour coordinated bed linen, cushions and curtains.
