Villa Marina Penthouse is situated in Verdula, a residential area on the main Pula marina, right by the sea, and just across the road from a pebble beach. The centre of Pula is about a 10 minute drive away and, within easy walk of the property, are two of the best restaurants in Istria. A lively and fascinating town, Pula dates from Roman times and an impressive amphitheatre is among the well preserved remains from this period. The nearest good beach for swimming is approximately 20 minutes away.
The penthouse is above the main house, Villa Marina, and is available to rent on its own outside the months of July and August. It has a separate entrance to the rear of the main villa.
The rooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard and all open via large glass doors to a wonderful roof terrace, with night lighting, and views out to the sea.
To stay here feels a little like being on a large ocean liner, with port holes separating the living and dining rooms and deck-like railings around the edge of the terrace. Amenities include central heating/air conditioning, TV and DVD.
