For a quiet and relaxing holiday, this very well restored property has much to offer. It is situated in the countryside in Barat, near the village of Sveti Lovrec, around 20 kms north east of Rovinj and 45 minutes from Pula airport. The nearest beaches are approximately 15 kms away.

Built of local materials, the impressive stone exterior blends with the rural surroundings. Within the beautifully maintained garden, there is a swimming pool (10 x 5m) with diving board . A covered dining terrace is furnished with a large wooden table and chairs, and also has a barbecue. There are magnificent views from the garden and pool over the Istrian countryside to the Adriatic Sea.

The living accommodation is in a main house and a separate cottage, sleeping an additional two people The interiors are well designed and tastefully furnished throughout and amenities include TV, DVD and CD player. There is also underfloor heating for use during out of season bookings.
