This traditional stone-built villa is situated in the centre of the village of Rovinjsko Selo, 7 kms from the beautiful medieval walled town of Rovinj and the coast. There are stunning views to the Adriatic Sea from the property. This region is well known for its wine production and there are many excellent wines to taste, as well as local gastronomic specialties to try.

The villa is set within a lawned garden with mature trees, surrounded by a pretty stone wall. There is a swimming pool (9.5 x 4m) with spacious furnished sun terrace and views over the Istrian countryside to the sea.

The interior of the villa is beautifully decorated and very comfortably furnished throughout. The ground floor rooms open to a covered terrace with outdoor dining area. Amenities include TV, air conditioning and central heating.
