Chalet du Crêt is an extremely elegant Alpine retreat, located in the tranquil hamlet of Le Crêt, a stone’s throw from the village centre and under a one minute drive to the main lift hub.
Once a cheese farm run by local monks, the chalet dates back to as early as 1632. A two year restoration has lovingly preserved the chalet’s original features, including the beautiful chapel that nestles in the garden.
The chalet’s facilities afford every possible comfort, so whether you’re returning to the chalet after a day on the hill or after discovering Val d’Isère’s boutiques, the large outdoor hot tub, sauna and steam room are the ideal tonic. A huge selection of toys, sledges and games will also offer endless entertainment for the children.
The interiors are pure luxury, with age old stone and rustic timbers blendiing effortlessly with works of modern art. A TV room/study has a large plasma screen, DVD, surround sound home cinema and digital satellite channels, a computer, telephone and fax, and an iPod docking station. Each of the six bedrooms can be made up as a super-king or twin beds, and have a flat screen satellite TV, a telephone and wireless internet access.
