LES GETS - Part of the immense Portes du Soleil, Les Gets offers a breathtaking 650km of interlinked skiing in both France and Switzerland, with ample and exciting off-piste, as well as excellent slopes for all levels of skier. For non-skiers there are lovely walks on cleared paths, good activities and many mountain restaurants that are accessible on foot. Morzine, a haven for shoppers, is only a short drive away.

MERIBEL -Lying at the heart of the largest interconnected ski area in the world, Méribel is an excellent base from which to explore over 600km of pistes. Stretching from the fashionable Courchevel to the high altitude skiing of Val Thorens, the domain offers an unrivalled expanse and variety of slopes. With the best lift system to be found anywhere, you can ski in all three valleys in a single day without ever having to remove your skis. The pretty village has an abundance of shops and bars, and a wide range of mountain restaurants offer excellent venues for lunch. As an alternative to the slopes, Méribel offers countless other activities making this an enduringly popular resort to which families and friends return year after year.

COURCHEVEL 1850 - Courchevel 1850 is the home of Alpine chic. For years it has attracted Europe’s rich and famous who have contributed towards its sophisticated image. It has a wide variety of smart boutiques, restaurants and nightspots and appeals to skiers of all ages and abilities. Explore over 600km of perfectly groomed pistes and fabulous expanses of powder across the resorts of Courchevel, Méribel, Val Thorens and Les Menuires. The season is long, the snow record excellent and for the many regular visitors there are always new runs and challenges to be discovered. To keep transfer times low, the resort’s own airport is serviced by direct flights from Paris.

VAL D’ISERE - Val d’Isère is top of many skiers' best resort lists with never-ending pistes for all levels. Linked with the Tignes, L’Espace Killy is a high altitude domain with skiing up to 3,450m and an unrivalled snow record from early December until well into May. From piste to party, Val d’Isère is famous for its bars, restaurants and lively clubs, making it the ideal resort for both families and groups of friends.

MEGEVE - The charming village Megève offers excellent restaurants,designer shopping and activities all year round. The focal point is its medieval square and church, from where brightly painted sleighs depart to take guests to hotels and lift stations. Its position just one hour’s drive from Geneva airport makes it popular with weekenders and those wanting to avoid long transfers. Winter skiing is best suited to families and intermediate skiers, while summer activities include hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, golfing, kayaking, canyoning, rafting and paragliding.

CHAMONIX - The mountain town of Chamonix,and the surrounding area are dominated by the majestic Mont Blanc. The town, with its pedestrianised cobbled streets, offers an excellent choice of quality shops, boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and a Saturday market. The Chamonix Valley is rated as one of the top ten ski areas in the world and caters for every taste and ability. Most of the ski area is above 2000m, and has a long season season from December to May. It is home to the legendary 23 kilometre Vallée Blanche and the Kandahar World Cup downhill runs. The lift pass, which covers 750 kms of piste skiing, includes the elegant resort of Courmayeur in Italy.
